Welcome to our newly refurbished and modern studio! Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the small backyard. The studio is located on the ground floor and upon entering, you'll find the kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, electronic kettle, coffee maker, stove, fridge, and freezer, as well as pots and pans. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen. The living area features a flat-screen TV and WIFI is available throughout the property. The en-suite bedroom with a double bed is located in the next room, and you can access the backyard from here. Please note that Valletta is surrounded by water, and as a result, the house can be humid at times, making it not ideal for people with asthma or sensitivity to humidity. We've set up a simple, automated self-check-in system with the key to the apartment in a key box and the code sent to you before your arrival. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and very central, located within the bastion walls of Valletta. Many sights, including St John's co-Cathedral and Caravaggio's paintings, are just a few minutes' walk away. You'll find plenty of places to eat or explore in the neighbourhood - small gardens, the seafront, local groceries, Malta's prime shopping outlets, and some of the best eateries in Malta - all literally footsteps away!

Malta uses Type G sockets, also known as British 3-pin sockets. These sockets are the same as those used in the United Kingdom, so if you're traveling from the UK, you should be able to use your appliances without needing an adapter. However, if you're coming from a country that uses a different type of socket, such as Type C or Type F, you will need to bring an adapter to use your appliances in Malta. It's always a good idea to check the socket type before traveling to a new country to ensure that you have the right adapter or converter for your electronic devices.

There is no private parking available in Valletta, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Free parking is available on white lines 24/7, while blue lines are available from 7 am to 7 pm. It's important to note that yellow and green lines are reserved for residents of Valletta. Additionally, please be aware that charges for the Controlled Vehicular Access (CVA) may apply when entering the city gates.
